As we knew from the debut of Disney Infinity 2.0, the starter set will come with team members from the Avengers roster. Today it’s been unveiled that there will be a Spider-Man play set that appears to be taking inspiration from the Disney animated series, Ultimate Spider-Man.
Confirmed as figures in the set are the webbed wonder himself, Nick Fury, Iron Fist, Nova and Venom. The other members of Spider-Man’s team on the show, Power Man and White Tiger, are to make appearances but as of this time will not have figures. In the set, Spider-Man will take on an army of symbiote clones developed by Green Goblin and Mysterio (please let there be a figure, PLEASE!.) Completion of the set allows access to several vehicles including a S.H.I.E.L.D hover car and sky cycle as well as the Daily Bugle building for the Toy Box mode.
In other non-Spider-Man related news, it was confirmed The Incredible Hulk will be a timed exclusive PlayStation character as part of an Avengers collectors edition, so if you want the Jade Giant, you might want to get your pre-orders in ASAP.
