Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight trilogy hasn’t had the best track record when it comes to video games. 2005’s Batman Begins was a respectable Splinter Cell clone from EA developed by Eurocom, but it was still above average at best. There was a game based on The Dark Knight in development from now defunct studio Pandemic, but it was cancelled and became the subject of a video by video game historian, Liam Robertson. Robertson has now unearthed a third project set in Nolan’s universe, that, like The Dark Knight failed to get off the ground, but that doesn’t mean it’s DNA doesn’t exist within another WB Games IP.
