On December 5th the 2014 Game Awards, once called the VGA’s or VGX, will be live-streamed online and yesterday the list of categories and nominees were unveiled, among them several comic book games. Telltale took took honors in the “Developer of the Year” category along side nominations for both The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead: Season Two, each of which were nominated for “Best Narrative.” The two properties also collected nods for “Best Performance,” specifically Adam Harrington for Bigby Wolf and Melissa Hutchison as Clementine from The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead: Season Two, respectively.
Not to leave the big two out of the equation, Disney Infinity 2.0 is a contender in the “Best Family Game” tier, and even though it is still many months away, Batman: Arkham Knight is already being nominated awards in the “Most Anticipated Game” bracket.
