Telltale has been pretty quite on the The Walking Dead front lately, and you can’t really blame them with all the work they’ve taken on, like Game of Thrones, Tales from the Borderlans, and for the first time ever a game that will be their very own IP. Not wanting people to think they’ve stopped thinking about the series that have made them one of the most famous developers making games today, the company stated during a recent panel at SXSW that people shouldn’t start holding their breath for the next season as it won’t be coming “super, super soon,”, however they also made a statement that we may get something in The Walking Dead universe before Season Three hits:
” there’s a good chance we will see more Walking Dead before season three”
This isn’t new for them as between the first and second seasons of The Walking Dead was a stand alone chapter titled 400 Days which bridged the two, even introducing characters that would play a major role in the second season.
