Marvel Puzzle Quest has been on mobile platforms and PC for quite some time now, but like a lot of Marvel video game offerings in that space, you have to have a lot of time and patience to put up with the free-to-play roadblocks that block fun behind pay barriers.
Thankfully, not any more.
Wayforward, a personal favorite developer of mine and a company that I’ve touched on a few of their games (TMNT: Danger of the Ooze, Batman: The Brave and the Bold), is bringing Marvel Puzzle Quest to consoles at an unspecified point in November. Unlike every other version of the game that’s been released thus far, you’ll pay a flat rate of $14.99 and get access to the full game, no ISO-8’s required. For those who are into multiplayer, you can play with a friend both locally and online as well. Look for Marvel Puzzle Quest on the PlayStation 3 and 4, as well as the Xbox 360 and One.
