Last month saw the release of the awesome Marvel Battlegrounds playset for Disney Infinity 3.0 as well as a slew of new figures and a set of power discs. The game is not even a month old and the folks at Marvel games are already teasing new content for the multiplayer brawler. On Tuesday Bill Rosemann, creative director for Marvel Games, tweeted out this:
In the event that promoted the launch of Marvel Battlegrounds that laid out the future of Disney Infinity for the remainder of 2016, it was stated that more Marvel characters would be coming to Infinity and all would be able to join the roster of Battlegrounds. Captain America: Civil War is now a month away so it would make sense that they would want to put out something to launch along side it. Perhaps this could be a new figure, such as Scarlet Witch, or even some new arenas which would also be great. Stay tuned.
