After having been revealed during Sony’s press conference at E3 2016, Insomniac games has gone media blackout on their PlayStation 4 exclusive Spider-Man game, choosing not to show the game off at major December events like the Game Awards and the PlayStation experience in the same calendar year. With E3 now days away, it looks like we’re finally going to be finding out more about the game we currently only know as “Spider-Man for PS4” according to both Insomniac Games and Geoff Keighley:
As shown by Keighley, Spider-Man is getting a full dedicated half hour during the E3 Coliseum event on June 13th and hopefully it will make an appearance at the Sony press event as well. Earlier this year it was teased by Marvel that Spider-Man may have a 2017 release date so perhaps we’ll find that out next week, along with the game’s actual title.
