This past summer, battle royale sensation Fortnite added Marvel villain and star of Marvel Avengers: Infinity War for a brief timed event, and now it looks like the game that started the battle royale craze is getting in on some comic book action of its own. A teaser video on the official PlayerUnknowns Battlegrounds YouTube account titled “Warning…Prison Outbreak Imminent” features a character with a choker that reads “Puddin'” and very much looks like DC’s Harley Quinn as she appeared in Suicide Squad.
The video concludes with two silhouettes, indicating that Harley cound be joined by The Joker. It will be interesting to see how these two will play within the world of PUBG. During the summer event in Fortnite, players raced to get The Infinity Gauntlet to turn into the character and briefly dominate the map. Should this be a success, hopefully it will lead to more members of the Suicide Squad coming to the game, in particualr, Deadshot.
