It will be sometime before players can expect a sequel to last year’s Game of the Year nominated Marvel’s Spider-Man, but for those looking to spend more time in that world, Marvel has you covered with the release of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Velocity, a spin-off comic book series launching this August. From Dennis Hopeless, the writer on the adaptation of last year’s hit video game Marvel’s Spider-Man: City at War, Velocity will explain the origins of the Velocity Suit that was designed by comic artist Adi Granov and added to the game post-launch.
