Rocksteady has been releasing several small teaser videos leading up to a new trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight that launched today. In the new trailer titled “All Who Follow You” we catch a glimpse of a newly redesigned Batwing, and several new members of the Bat-Family including Nightwing, Robin, and Catwoman performing what appear to be co-op take downs. Is there a hidden co-op mode that Rocksteady has not been telling us about either in or separate from the main game?
UPDATE
While Batman will indeed be interacting with members of the extended Bat-Family, don’t expect others to get in on the action with you. The feature demonstrated in the new trailer is called “Dual Play” that will allow the player to do partner attacks by swapping between characters. From WB Games:
For the first time ever, watch Batman: Arkham Knight’s exciting new “Dual Play” feature in action, which will allow players to seamlessly switch between The Dark Knight and his allies including Robin, Nightwing, and Catwoman in FreeFlow Combat.
