One character who was noticeably absent from the one hundred and fifty plus character roster of Lego Marvel’s The Avengers was any incarnation of Spider-Man. Sure, the game’s story takes place in the MCU of which Spider-Man only recently joined, but there’s plenty of characters in the open-worlds of the game like Ms. Marvel, Jane Foster Thor and Sam Wilson as Captain America who aren’t in the films but still become playable characters. Spider-Man’s absence will be felt no longer pretty soon, as it was announced on USA Today,um, today that Spider-Man in his full Captain America: Civil War costume will be added to the game as a DLC character. There was no date as to when he will be added, but here’s how he’ll look in-game:
