Neca, the producer of awesome collectibles who as of late have begun producing action figures based on classic video games complete with packaging inspired by the respective titles box art (like the one based on Sunsoft’s Batman that’s sitting on my shelf) made an announcement today that’s sure to have TMNT fans completely shell-shocked. The company is producing two box sets, one of the four Turtles and the other three different colored Foot Soldiers as well as the Shredder, inspired by the classic Konami arcade game. The sad kicker though is that the set is being sold exclusively at San Diego Comic-Con which means that it’s probably already very expensive on eBay to purchase for those who can’t attend.
