San Diego Comic-Con 2017 started today, and as part of the first day of this year’s convention, the Marvel Games panel took place where some big news was announced for Marvel’s 2017 slate of games. A new trailer was revealed that was exclusive to con-goers but will be made public tomorrow for Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite featuring a few new characters: Spider-Man, Frank West, Mike Haggar from Final Fight and the Nemesis from Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
A new character for Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 was shown off and is an amalgamation between Venom and Carnage dubbed Carnom. Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller was also announced to be the voice of Howard the Duck in the game who will be able to turn into Iron Duck this time around.
Absent from Telltale’s Summer Update video yesterday was when the next episode of Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series was coming. That news too was part of the Marvel Games panel where a date of August 22nd was given for episode three which will be heavily focused on Gamora.
