The return of The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series has been an uplifting story. After Telltale unexpectedly closed its doors late last fall mid-production into the finale of Clementine’s story, there was little hope that players would see a conclusion to the beloved character’s journey. Stepping into save the project was Skybound who banded together a team of former Telltale employees to finish the story, even going as far to help publish a physical release of The Final Season.
Now Skybound is going one step beyond in announcing The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series collectors edition which is a must purchase for fans of the story that Telltale has told over the past seven years. Included is a physical copy of every single episode of Telltale’s The Walking Dead, for either PS4, Xbox One or PC, a Lee and Clementine statue, a Clementine nesting doll, metallic pins, a replica of Kenny’s hat, a Disco Broccoli plush and a t-shirt for the Ericson school, the setting for the final season.
Pre-orders are live now on Skybound’s website and will be ongoing up until the end of May with product set to ship in September. Two different editions will be available: The Protector Pack which includes everything mentioned as well as The Guardian Pack which adds a poster.
