Over a year since the launch of the PlayStation 5, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is still one of the young consoles best games, especially its Ultimate Edition. Not only do you get the best version of Miles Morales – though it still plays great on even the base PlayStation 4 hardware – but an added bonus is a remastered edition of 2018’s Marvel’s Spider-Man. As this still isn’t sold on its own either digitally or physically, you simply must own the premium version of Miles Morales to access it.
As an incentive to those who had pumped countless hours into Marvel’s Spider-Man, an added bonus outside of the standard visual and performance upgrades in the remaster were new costumes to play around with, among them being one inspired by 2012’s The Amazing Spider-Man.
For those who have seen the trailers for the upcoming Spider-Man: No Way Home, villains from The Amazing Spider-Man films will be getting a second chance to terrorize the Web-Swinging wonder on the big screen. This coming Friday, 2 costumes that will appear in No Way Home, exclusive to cinemas starting on December 17th, will be added to Marvel’s Spider-Man, but sadly only for those who have the PS5 remaster.
Initially, the additional outfits that were exclusive to the next-gen version of Marvel’s Spider-Man came to the PS4 original, but it looks like those who are still unable to upgrade won’t have such luck this year.
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Marvel’s Spider-Man are available on the PlayStation family of consoles. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is exclusive to the Ultimate Edition of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales on PlayStation 5.
