While we’re still mulling over the Disney Infinity 3.0 news from earlier this week, it’s quite easy to forget that last year’s 2.0 edition was announced for Sony’s second handheld, the PS Vita. Those who were waiting for the handheld port are in luck as Disney Infinity 2.0 lands tomorrow on PS Vita exclusive to Gamestop.
The port of last year’s iteration of the toys-to-life game comes with an exclusive alien black costume Spider-Man figure along with the Spider-Man play set, the two mini-disc games that came with the console game last September, a wireless bluetooth enabled base in which to place figures on as well as a charger and a web card. Anyone wanting to use the new-ish Spider-Man figure in the console version are in luck as its fully compatible with every other version of 2.0
As I’m from Canada where our version of Gamestop is EB Games, the EB Games website as of this writing has yet to list the PS Vita version of Disney Infinity 2.0 on their website, so this may unfortunately be an US exclusive game. To those looking to score the exclusive Spider-Man repaint figure may want to start checking on eBay.
